Mr. Jugal Kishor Bihani a visionary legend and a person with rich experience is the chairman of Bihani Financial Group. He is having versatile experience in the field of accounts and finance for more than 5 decades. He being a commerce graduate started his career in the year 1966 in Kolkata in the field of accountancy by joining the renowned group of Saria Group of Industries. Jute Industry was one of the major Industry of West Bengal at that time. Saria Group was engaged in the manufacturing of spare parts and one of the vital ingredients named as Bauxter Flyer for jute machinery, which was considered to be backbone of the Jute Industry. Later on the group diversify itself into the manufacturing of Railway Carriage Fan (under the brand name SHIVAM), and Iron & Steel Foundry Items. Mr Bihani with its analytical and judgmental skill takes care of the accounting and financing activities of the group. He has regular interaction with the various financers of the group. He has actively participated in all the taxation matter whether the same is related to Direct or Indirect Taxes. Today the group is one of the renowned group in Jute Industry, Iron & Steel Industry and Indian Railways. In the year 2015 he has opted VRS after serving the group for almost 5 decades and has taken over as the chairman of the Bihani Financial Group in order to assist the group in financial planning, decision making and taking charge of all the administrative activities. He is very much active in day to day operation of the business, beside taking care of the administrative and taxation part of the group. Apart from this he is also instrumental in suggesting ideas for opening up of new location. He has a vision that the group should have National presence by the year 2022-2023. With his guiding and helping behavior he is driving the group towards its objective of quality acquisition and expansion.

Mr. Arpan Sengupta is the Joint CEO of Bihani Financial Group. He is having versatile experience in the field of bank finance for more than 15 years. Being a Commerce Graduate Mr Arpan Sengupta has started his career with a DST of ICICI Bank Ltd and later on he joined Standard Chartered Bank, Kolkata in their Business Installment Loan (BIL) section. With his tremendous performance within a span of two years he was transferred to the SME and Mid corporate segment of the Bank. He has performed above expectation and was the National topper year on year in terms of acquisition of new customer for the Bank in his segment.He has been recognized in the bank as the Relationship Manager of the Century. With his expertise in structure financing, he has been instrumental in cracking deals having complex structure. Later on in the year 2015 on the persuasion of the Group Founder, he has decided to join the group as the Joint CEO to drive the retail as well as working capital part of the group. He drives the entire business of the group and is having highly balance approach when it comes to dealing with the deals having complex lending structure. Beside this he is also instrumental in developing the retail business part of the group. Having work with a MNC bank, he is having high expertise in the field of Export - Import finance. With his leadership and analytical skill he has drive the group for the development of Retail business strategy. He is working closely with the chairman and the CEO of the group for having PAN INDIA presence of the group by 2022-2023. Currently he is being assisted by 5 RMs for driving the business of the group and takes care of the entire marketing activities of the group.

Ms Puja Bhartia is a partner in Bihani Financial Group. She is having versatile experience in Finance for more than 16 years. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she started her career with Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd in 2002. She joined as an Assistant Manager operation and was highly appreciated by the management for her pro active approach towards work. In 2006, she joined ICICI Bank as a Credit Manager for SME - Trade and assets. She did a remarkable work with highest number of sanctions/disbursement with almost 100% good accounts. She also became a joint signatory to sanction cases. She also assisted MSME units with financial structuring, audits and in availing credit and subsidies through appropriate channels. She was promoted to next rank within a year based on her performance and dedication. She has won number of awards and accolades during this period from ICICI Bank like highest sanction awards, highest ticket size and highest fees generation awards. In 2009 she went to Kathmandu and joined a MNC, named Chaudhary Group in their corporate division as Senior Manager- Corporate Finance. She was responsible for the financial operation of the business divisions like CG FINCO, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Real Estate and Hospitality division among many others. Responsibility included budgeting, pricing, variance analysis and reporting to the top management and also co-ordination with the Finance managers of units within Nepal and outside to achieve company goals by maximum use of existing resources and delivering productivity and thereby reporting to the Chairman. Now with her vast experience in Manufacturing, Trading and Financial sector and considering the need of the economy she decided to join Bihani Financial group as a partner to cater to the financial arrangements of SME for their overall development with minimum cost.
