M/s Bihani Finhub, sole proprietorship concern of the group with its sole proprietor being the chairman was formed in the year 2012-13. The firm is primarily dealing with small tickets sizes cases ranging from 25 lacs to 500 lacs. The firm is the registered DSA for number of financial institutions such as Tata Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, Tata Capital (SME segment), Indiabulls Home Loans, Capital First etc. The firm has now started focusing more towards the retail part of the business which is primarily Mortgage and Business Installment Loans.

WIZMAN ADVISORY LLP

Wizman Advisory LLP, is the LLP concern of the group with its promoters being Mr Arpan Sengupta, Mrs Sanhita Sengupta, Mrs Kokila Devi Bihani and Mrs Sonia Bihani. The concern was incorporated in the year 2017 with an objectives to provide advisory services for external credit ratings, SME listing into the SME and main platform of BSE and NSE.

MAHADEV BIHANI

Mahadev Bihani, Chartered Accountants, is the CA firm of the group founder Mahadev Bihani. The firm primarily deals with advisory services and internal and statutory audit activities of the group. The firm is also instrumental in providing the investment ideas and render services for advisory matter on direct and indirect taxes. Mr Bihani entered into the profession of CA practice in the year 2011.
